Since Im not register to the Triumph page, wanted to see if anyone has a rotted out Spitfire/GT6 hood that I could get the top vents from.

Vents on a spit hood?? Never saw any. Have had several spits and GT6's

There are some vents behind the bonnet, just ahead of the windscreen; is that what you mean?
