Thanks to all who have offered their advice on how to sell this car. I greatly appreciate your time. I have lowered the price to $2500 (firm) as per many of you have suggested. Secondly I will now post every pic I have of the car. I will wait till Tuesday till I list the car on E bay, I would rather it go to a good home. Yes this is my personal car.
First off - NO THE CAR WAS NOT FLOODED IN KATRINA, FLOODED CARS DON'T RUN, LOOK, OR SMELL LIKE THIS ONE. Its insulting to us down here in New Orleans to keep asking us crap like that, if you ask I won't even talk to you anymore.
First off, very strong running car, engine starts and runs strong. Transmission shifts with NO grinding in any of the gears, brakes are all new and have been rebuilt by a pro along with a tune up.
Interior is decent for a daily driver, rated about a 5 on a 10 scale.
Body is accident free but like most MGB's it does have some rust issues, if you are a body guy who wants a strong running car this is for you. Left floorboard does have a hole in it. horn and radio not working, blinkers work but missing the "wand"

it may be easier for me to rebuild the car than to post these pics
No kidding. That is a great price for a decent driver. I'm tempted even as I'm stuffing the damn things into containers for storage because I'm out of room.
Wray.......you do need some more cars. Add a second story to your garage:)
Reeny, there's the MGB you've been wanting. You and Jane hook up her trailer...Roadtrip!
I would consider it if it were closer. Along ways from La. To Pa.

That car is worth more then 2500 hell i think it should sales fast
To post multiple pictures do this:
1.) open an account at picasaweb.com, or some other photo sharing site.
2.) Upload all of your photos.
3.) Post a link to your new album here.
4.) better yet, get the URLs for each picture and paste them into the post itself. Click the little mountain icon in the toolbar and paste the URL between the URL tags.
This easier, provides larger pictures in the post, and looks much better, too.
