Gotta love it.
Did you replace any other front suspentions pieces? I thinking about a "major kit" next winter. Wonder if prothane is worth the added cost since new rubber comes with the kit. I did the prothane in the rear December and just did the front sway bar bushings in prothane. That did make a difference althought the rubber was completely shot.
I had to print this on the nice office color printer, so I know what mine should look like when it's all done, lol
great job, looks terrific!

All the bushings and two front lever shocks as well as a number of other part #s that are on the invoice for suspension upgrades, but I have not seen it up on the hoist to get a good look at all the bits.....it sure does handle well now! The guy that did it is an experienced LBC mechanic with loads of race experience....i am just a driving enthusiast that trusts the expert to do it right and I just pay the bill!

Thanks AthlonRob.
I will get the engine bay painted and properly detailed this coming fall....replace all the older bits still hanging around in there etc.
Here is another pic that may show more detail....anyone that sees anything in there that is wrong or odd, please let me know...she sure runs nice now!

Ok, I'm about to sound like a complete Idiot, but why is your intake on the left (in picture) side of the car, mine is on the right. (excuse my ignorance) Is it the 1500 set up?

That always freaks me out too! lolol
Looks great man!
Can you take some more pictures of the connections for the Weber downdraft? I just bought one for my 1275 and the instructions are not very good on what all gets connected where.
Thanks!

Why did you decide to keep the charcoal canister in the back left of the photo? In our '76, this item was long disconnected from the intake and exhaust, and I've been considering removing the whole assembly (there's another seemingly superfluous part attached to the front of it) from our midget.
I'm curious about why it needs to be there, apart from simply being "stock" (read: draconian) emissions equipment.
