I'm looking into upgrading my stock suspension for fast road use and autocross. From what I've read on various sites and reading Dave Haadleys site at Fab-Tek using one of the cheap lowering kits won't make my RB stick to the road. I'd like to plan out my suspension and I found a program that will calculate all aspects of suspension engineering Suspension program This would be valuable for future use and calculation for racing or fabrication. My goal is to make the B handle well but build it the right way. I'd also like to have the B 'appear' stock with the exception of wheels/tires. However, I've thought about widening the Rostyle wheels to keep the stock appearance.
Is this a good idea/bad idea? Or should I do more research and buy a good system such as a I.F.S./R.F.S.? I'd like to keep away from a Panhard bar as Mr. Handley says they're difficult to located correctly and install.
The RB cars have a reputation of lousy handeling I'd like to prove people wrong he he he.

Steve... you've already found an excellent source for MGB suspension design and parts in Fab-Tek. I would open my check book and pick Dave's brain and parts list apart.
