I pulled my ignition switch, door lock, trunk lock and glove box lock. The door and ignition had matching numbers, the glove box and trunk were each different. I had planned on getting a couple of new keys cut but after thinking about it, I decided to make them all match. I pushed the tumblers out of each one, determined what I would need to make them all work with one key (which I had, actually two, they didn't fit anything but they are correct FS keys) and reinstalled the tumblers in the correct order. Voilà, one key fits all. Granted this is a '64 so the ignition and glove box are the same as the doors and trunk but if anyone is using two different keys for the trunk and doors, this is something that is pretty easy to fix at home. I love how simple these cars are and that if you understand the theory of how they work, they can be fixed and customized rather quickly and easily.

Cool.
I just bought a new ignition switch (came with 2 keys) because the key was broken off in the old one, it had been damaged further by using a flathead screwdriver as a key, and the remainder of the old key is nowhere to be found.
Also, no trace of door or trunk keys.
Is there any way to replace my door, trunk, and glovebox locks so that my new ignition keys will work all around?
Thanks for posting this topic.

Depends upon the model year. Most years used different key blanks for the ignition lock, doors and trunk, and glove box.
You can ask a locksmith how much they would charge to make a key if you bring them the locks.
Peter maybe able to make you keys from the code numbers.

I did this with my 68 GT, because the tumblers were all the same for the doors, hatch, and ignition (no glove box, no lock). I've never regretted it. Now, if only the gas cap lock were the same.... that'd be one less key in my pocket.
