I have some mostly vertical play in my steering wheel. It's probably 1/8 to 1/4 inch. I took the clam shell off to install a new turn signal/high beam switch, and I took a photo (below). When I wiggle the wheel up and down, the silver collar part sort of pivots around the screw. None of the screws are loose. What's going on, here?
