Biggest problem I see for your event is the scheduling sharing the weekend with thousands of Harley Davidson Motorcycles. Mid America Bike Week is scheduled for same days in Hot Springs.
I ride motorcycles (BMW's and Triumph's mostly) and have been to many "Bike Weeks" all over the country. I was looking forward to this weekend until I discovered this. I stay away from Bike Weeks now, although I try to attend several Motorccycle Rally's every year.

Study the schedule page and you will see that we will be at Hot Springs Village. The Nations largest gated community, about 15 miles for the loud pipes of bike week. please join us.
