I remember that it was a rusted hulk when they dug it up due to a watermain leak a few years past that flooded the 'tomb' it was in. Big disappointment for all.

They indeed entomb a Plymouth Prowler in an above-ground vault in Tulsa...to be opened in 50 years. Hopefully, "preservative technology" will be a little more advanced than in 1957.
