This morning I stopped and visited what may be the smallest microbrewery in Oregon.

He's relatively new in the business, but was a home brewer for some time before going big.
Didn't try any today because he was in the middle of brewing, but will be returning in a couple weeks. All he brews is Lagers, which is a departure since Ales are very dominant in the microbrewery realm these days...at least around here.
It was very interesting, and he gave me a tip I'm going to try when home brewing.

He told me that after a couple more weeks he will be open for visitors Friday afternoons. Other than that, it would be best to contact him and schedule a time. Being a small operaton often he's brewing or in the middle of a mash and can't stop.
