The subject line says it all. Naturally, I'm looking for one without any cracks -- I already have one that is wearing out fast!

Thanks.

I guess I should have mentioned MGB...

I have one in awesome condition but its for the smaller diameter spline. Your 67 might have that. I know that the 68 and 69 model year used a smaller steering wheel spline. Ask around on the forum and see what people say.

I would be happy to sell it, as it won't fit my cars. The rim is in brand new perfect condition. I have never seen one in better shape.

The early wheel I need has 47 splines, while the 68-69 wheel has 36 splines. If you could count them for me and let me know which wheel you have, I sure would appreciate it!

Take care.

Here's another comment I received about the size of the outside of the shaft:

An early wheel should be about 19mm or 3/4", where a 68-69 will be about 17mm or 5/8".

So it looks like the later wheels are smaller.

Thanks again!

If there are 3 holes around the edge of where the horn push would go, it is a 62-67 wheel. If it doesn't have any holes, then it is for a 68-69.

I am sure it is the smaller size. Otherwise I would use it!

I am sure the one I have came off an MGC and its the smaller spline size. Any one want a great condition 68-69 banjo style wheel?

I've got a '68 B and my banjo wheel isn't the greatest...$$$???

Another thing...I'm just upstate from you (just north of Rome) and have a garage full of pre '67, '68-69, and some '71 stuff off an old parts car (already stripped). I also have a rolling complete '69 on wires (no engine, but I have 3 trannies...no, no O/d's). Need anything??? I've sold the house, and the garage all the B stuff is in. You or anyone need stuff?? Cheap stuff???? Easier to part with it now....ASAP instead of moving it to another location. Finding more stuff when I need it is half the fun.

Pics of anything, info on anything, make offers on anything at all.....PLEASE!!!

PM me or call 315-336-6322 w/questions
