What is your über-favorite part of parts on your B?

I like some of the little bits like the early metal interior door openners, the oil pressure guage, the seat piping, a car with no reversing lights, the late model dash that looks so much like a Porsche dash of a similar year, the foot operated dipper for the lights, the old style numberplate lights....
Paul ;-)
For me I love the Mark one interior, with black leather and white piping, original style door cards. Just looks brilliant.
And Paul I agree a car with no reversing lights is brilliant, was annoyed when I realised mine had them!
SU carbs, despite the fact that so many seem to think they are the worst part of the whole car. Simple as you can get
the view thru the windscreen as a group of B's eats up the curves. And meeting new friends and seeing old ones.
Bill
Everything about the early steering wheel. The large diameter, the wire spokes and the classy looking horn button.
Good question Dan!
Steering wheel, guages & the little chrome bits that hold the door fuzzies. The inside chrome door lock, and the unique-to-pull-handle chrome piece around the pin catch that's on the door, to name just a few--besides the obvious accelerator!
Handles like a Go-cart and Overdrive.
Nice photos Derek. Gotta love those long tall Sallys!!:)
The curve of the top edge of the front fender from the A pillar to the headlight bezel.
It's proportions, generally.
Not my MG, but any pic of progun's with Teresa in it ;) and the kind of chromic pics that one of the other members take. Sorry, I'm tired and cannot recall your name. But, nice pics.
Seriously, I like everything and I'll like everything more once it's just the way I like it. But, the absolute best part is driving it anywhere, but especially on the twisty's.
hunter1951, I used to live in Anchorage and can't place that beach.
The picture was taken on Vacation in Brazil with a couple of ladies that lived with me here in Anchorage.
Dan your post n Pics reminded me of this..............

The gear box. O/D is nice, and the ratios may be a bit off, but you can't beat the action of that shifter and the general longevity of the box (if not abused). Too many other aspects of the car jockey for second place to ever be able to decide, but for me, the gearbox comes in numero uno!
Good grief Bob, after reading Peters attachment, the selection of words in your second sentence couldnt have been better!
John,
I refuse to comment on that on the grounds I might get incinerated. ;)
Ah, isn't it fun how all these posts come together sometimes?? Sorta reminds me of when I was a kid and would punch the push buttons on my dad's car radio to jump from one station to another just to see what sort of absurd stuff would come together at random. Sometimes it was good for pretty good laugh.
My favorite is the sound of the exhaust. Either the sound of the shift, or the sound of a downshift on compression.
The blue light indicating high beams are on. Coolest damn dash light ever.

Mick didn't have a problem with it...well at first :)
The Boot has undergone the biggest transformation. It was the lonliest part of the car. Boot is #1. Interior is #2 Engine Bay is #3 because there are so many like it but in different colors.
