I've done this more than once, but it still amazes me how difficult it is to massage the window, new seals and the regulator in place. And because I don't do it often, I always make the mistake of slipping in the regulator before the window. Doh! Well, at least I did the second one in the right order!

I rewarded myself by putting the new seal around the battery tray cover. I was wondering how I would do it, and thought of Loctite's super-glue. I applied a few inches at a time and it seems to be really holding well.

Getting closer all the time to finishing the MGB Wire Wheel Conversion that Turned Into a Restoration.

Nice pics. Yeah, when I had the car apart to paint, I was shocked at what a PITA it was to get the windows and regulator all stuffed back into the door!

If you have secrets, Lord knows I don't, to window/regulator installation, maybe you could write them up and get them into a sticky?

Isn't it fun trying to figure out which trapped nut, on the regulator, aligns with which hole at the center of the door? There's four holes, but the regulator will only line up in a single position. RAY
