"live" with their head stuck in the engine compartment. One of my friends just finished a beautiful, spotless, well thought out 4.3 liter V6 conversion to his B roadster. Man that thing hauls a$$. Anyway he permanently mounted an auxilliary tach in the engine compartment for when he has to tune the engine, etc. No more engine analyzer cables all over the place. He mounted it on the passenger's side shelf in front of the firewall, facing forward at 45 degrees to the driver's side. Nice little luxury touch. Way to go Jay! That car is on it's way to Sebring as we speak. The Gold Coast Club members get a once in a lifetime chance to try their street cars on the famous track this week.

Man, what a lucky guy! I've got a 77 Buick 231 collecting dust in Grandma's barn. What kind of tranny did he use? If only I could transplant the turbocharged guts of a Buick GNX into my GT.

That's a scary thought! I'd eat Z28's for lunch all day long!

I hate newer Camaros, I just don't like them for some reason. When I was a riceboy I always wondered how insanely fast a 5.7 liter DOHC VTEC Honda V8 powered car would be if ever one was made. One of my friends in San Diego has an all-motor JDM-spec Integra type R that makes 236 dyno HP. Not bad for a 1.8 four banger, His license plate holder said, "Have you had your V8 today?" That car has gone turbo now. A mythical 10 second Honda. Mucho $$ in that car. Sorry to get off topic.

But I think my GT looks better!
