Just before I left, I gave the 74 a look to see what was causing the right tail fuse to blow. Earlier it was suggested that it was a bad ground, I thought it was a worn wire.
Both wrong.
Somewhen, there was a small fire in the license plate lamp that melted one lens. The dpo fixed it by removing both bulbs. As time went on, one of the hot wires and the bulb holder jumped out of the lens, landed on the metal license plate light body, and created a dead short. Of course, I broke the lens while putting new bulbs in, but when I got home, there was a package from Moss with new lenses.
And now, I have all my lights! One caution, the bulb holders that come with the new lenses are a hair longer than the originals, so you have to put the lenses in bulb first, or reuse the old holders.
And I still don't have one of them meters. :)
Ah Hah! Tail lights, both!

I thought about that, but figgered it was poor English. :)
Then again, I'm not rich.
