What make are the wheels and what is the offset?

the wheels are supplied by M.W.S. England i am not sure on the offset i sold a set to a forum member about a month ago he fitted them to a rubber bumper car shod with 185R/70X14 TIRES and hadnt any clearance problems if you fit them on a chrome bumper car they still work with the 185 tires but a little bit less clearance due to the c/b sitting a bit lower i have been supplying these wheels to M.G. owners in Northern Ireland for years and have had very few complaints i actually think they are the same wheels most of the big MG suppliers in the states supply my phone number is below if you wish to ask any further questions thank you for your enquiry
