I thought I would post a positive experience I'm having with Little British Car Company. Wow, talk about great customer service. Jeff gets back to me with answers nearly right away. Seems like a good guy who knows how to maintain a loyal customer base.

I know there are a bunch of good suppliers out there, Jeff is certainly one of them.

I've been buying from Jeff for nearly 10 years, I've had nothing but positive experiences.

Yup, I've been buying from Jeff for at least ten years. Great service, no problems. I met him at the Bryant Park Show in Lake Worth,FL back in 2003 or 2001 (can't remember). I bounce between Jeff and Chris Roop. Both are great to deal with. Chris will dig up used parts for you when possible.

Great guy who understands the pitfalls of shipping into Canada.
And a points program that got me a free car cover!

I guess I am one of the few whose experiences have not all been positive with LBCarCo.

Tim, I'd bet that if you gave him another chance you wouldn't be disappointed. Or not. It is your call, and sometimes it's "One strike and you're out."

As for me, I'm in the Hey-this-company-is-great camp.

Actually, its been at least three strikes - both in person at shows and by email. I kept thinking "maybe I caught him on a bad day." Others here on the list and a personal friend of mine have had similar experiences so I am not alone in my opinion.

I am glad to hear others have had positive experiences - its good to have multiple suppliers for our hobby and I wish their company well.

Thanks everyone Jan, myself and our entire crew of Dan, Annette, Lee, Caral, Diane and "Sam" thank you for your comments and your support of our business. We are at a beautiful site today for the show in Wilmington, NC at the USS North Carolina Battleship Park. 168 cars, a record for the British Motorclub of the Cape Fear. Last show of the season and back to chilly Detroit on Tuesday.

Halogen tail lamp bulbs, Autopal headlites, a stash of Gerry's old products....He is one of the really good vendors to support out there. I like that he is at all the large shows.

Tim, I've always found Jeff to be an honest, up front, guy worth knowing. Your post was refreshing in a kind of way. A different opinion, stated without resentfulness and anger.
