MGB: Another mirror pic and new top color(Pics)

Thanks, no directions came with the top. I have installed a vinyl top before, do I need to stretch this one as tight?

That color combo is terrific, what's the name of the color and I wonder if it would be appropriate for my 73B? Nice work!

Navy blue cloth top/interior, body is Mercedes Pewter Metallic. I also have a hard top, navy on the outside, and almost same body color on inside.

Yes, you want to stretch that top its kind of baggy now. I like the blue on pewter, nice look, but I don't go for the street rod mirror- too old for the car. Just my opinion as its your car so go for it!

I agree, great looking car ................. tacky front bumper though! ;)

Pewter color is not as "Grey" or as dark, I had looked at that color. Did not want it that dark, or did not want it a typical silver color either. It's just different.

I think I like the hidden wiper blades better than the tacky bumper. :)

Lloyd, I remember you were looking for those clear turn signal/parking lamp lenses when I saw you in Waynesboro in October 2007. At the time you couldn't get them from Moss and similar outlets. Are they now available or did you find some NOS?

Nice job overall but It looks upon closer examination like the top is loose because you didn't wrap the top fabric around the header rail but just attached it on top. That won't work as it will catch the wind and leak water. It should be wrapped right around and fastened at the bottom.

I never get tired of seeing pics of your car Lloyd.

Jim and Jim, I got some parts off ebay, and the other clear lens from B-hive. Thanks everyone for the compliments. Most if not all of my design and ability comes from this site and all of you.
