Robert Cavalier from PA? Purchased a bumper from him advertised as "like new" on NAMGBR classifieds page. It has scratches, is starting to pit, and has surface rust on the bottom and around bolt holes. I'm out $80. He initially agreed to buy it back for $65 (price less shipping). So if I do that I'm $30 in the hole. Now he won't return my emails. He said he had other parts he was going to sell, so buyer beware.
