67 GT showed up on ebay with minimal pics & description. Any body recognize this Charleston area car? Thanks.

I know Lenny and I know where the car is located. Have not looked at it and I probably wouldn't be a good person to give you advice. There are some forum members who also live close to it and would probably be happy to look at it for you. PM me if you want their names.
I can look at this car for someone who is serious about it. PM me or contact me via email (my email address is in my profile). I should be around this weekend. I don't know that guy though. At least I don't think I do.
AH YES seeing the GTO in the background rang a bell, this guy owns a service station in Mount Pleasant over on Coleman. There was an old Blazer there that had me seriously drooling, but wasn't for sale.
Odd - shouldn't a car with number 158968 be a Mk2 with pillow dash and reverse lamps? This car is a Mk1.

Mark,
From the reference material I've got, you're correct. Wonder if that's a type and should be 138xxx? Will find out if I get serious about this car.
Steve
I used to live over in Mt Pleasant... good memories. Thought the traffic on 17 was bad, then I moved to Atlanta.
The car is just located at the station. Lenny is an Insurance man with a love of old cars.

Oh.
Scotty-spent many pleasant days on Isle of Palms. In-laws lived there and our visits were always a highlight. Wish we had the forum back then so we could have got together. I remember visiting Herbie Hancock's car museum a few times. There were some neat cars in the area that met their fate after hurricane Hogo blew thru. Salt water and LBCs don't mix well.

I contacted the Ebay listing, got a reply of call Lenny.
I want to be able to look at the car without having to contact someone, makes me want to think that there might be something wrong with it.
A listing with few pictures kinda throws a flag, to me. I'm in no way insinuating that anything is wrong with the car, or Lenny. Just seems weird to me.

It's locked up in a yard behind a service station.
I was meaning more pictures, so I don't have to be there in person to look at the car.
