MG MGB and MGB GT Tech Talk
I purchased 4 chrome bezels for my auxiliary switches (141-265). The Emergency and Fog fit well. However, the Fan and Light switches don't seem to fit at all. Moss shows them as universal fit across all 4, but I must be missing something. FYI - the F&L switches are 3 position where the E&F are 2 positions. Anyone have any ideas.

Are the fan and light switches the right ones for the year?
I tried the same thing a few years ago from another vendor, same problem. I think the core of the switch must be slightly different from the stock ones on my 72. I ended up painting all with a silver craft paint.
They will work with a little finesse. If I remember correctly I put one layer of masking tape on the switch and it worked. That is I was using the later illuminated chrome bezels on a 70 car.
