backup lamp bulb # and a GT only question

1) This may be a dumb question - and NAPA and the AUTOZONE folks were no help - I am looking for the right bulb for the reverse lights. I posted a while back and someone sent me to one of the dome lights - but it is just not big enough, even if I pinch in the connectors. Someone on here has to know this.

2) Also, I posted on GT ID plates a page or so back, and got little response - have any GT owners replaced their ID plate on the door sill? (Please re-visit that post - several GT owners (well at least me and Shawn) have expressed interest.) All the replacements I find say TOURER instead of G.T.

The backup bulb has a Fesston SV8.5 fitting US# 6411.
