Bit different conversion.
Negatives: battery ahead of rad (stock location works well and doesn't block 1/2 the rad), wood interior, black engine bay (if you've got the engine out anyway, paint the bay!), seat covers (always used to hide something).
Just my observations.

Why? The interior -- especially the dash -- is terrible. Put an MGB engine and interior in it, and it would be worth that price.

And the doors sound so tinny when he closed them, not the reassuring "Thunk"!!
