Bugeye: Who sells the gas tank that is made in Canada.

Had a look inside the tank. No good will come of the 3" of ossified crap that is in there.

I believe there is a Canadian made tank that is sold for reasonable $$$. Any leads?

I got my tank from Victoria British and it was made in Canada and galvanized

Trying to find who makes the tank on this side of the border. Bringing anything from the states adds $100 to the cost for a few hundred dollars of purchase cost for shipping and border rape.

Or there's Octagon Motors in Vancouver (http://www.octagonmotorgroup.com/), or Drake's in Kelowna (http://www.drakesbritishmotors.com/) Both are Moss re-sellers. Those Canadian tanks are made in Ontario and are found throughout the Heritage parts supply network. I have one in my car which came from Mick, but had been supplied by his wholesaler in England. Made in Canada stamped right on it.
Sorry I'm not familiar with suppliers in the east but they must be out there, the darn factory that makes 'em is.:D I know all three of the companies I have mentioned sell parts throughout the country, so you can certainly find one with them.>:D<

I believe a company called SPI Spectra Premium Industries are out of Canada & they manufacture gas tanks / radiators etc
