I thought that all the stock cams pre '75 were the same, and post '75 are made of unobtanium so their spec is moot. Could be I'm wrong, sure won't be the last time.

Lift on 18G through GG engines is .250 in. After that, I don't know, nor can I help you with duration; my math abilities are off for the night.
