MGB: Cat Converter Torque spec

Anyone know what the torque spec is for the 6 nuts used to attach the Catalytic converter on a '76 MGB?

There are no torque settings listed. Just snug them down, and check later when warm for any leaks, and snug them down again.

Scott. As David stated there is no listed torque spec.

Figure that all of the fasteners on the car are somewhere between modern grade 2 and grade 5. For a 5/16" fine thread stud like this the torque listing would be 12-19 lb ft. Go on the light side around 15 lb-ft.

And try to keep them even so the flange, when tightened is equally spaced all-around the triangle.
