I made an auction car run to Nashville, TN today and I-24 from there to Paducah, KY has no construction and is a very good road. I-24 joins I-57 near Marion, IL and I-57 was good all the way to Effingham, IL when I traveled it a couple of weeks ago. You don't go as far as Effingham getting to St. Louis. Tom Warren and Tony Barnhill may be using those routes to MG2003. If you go up the Illinois side don't enter St Louis via I-255 on the South side.
Cole, Ken, and maybe David K. The only construction you have all the way from Memphis is a little in Norhern Arkansas and Southern Missouri that slows the traffic a little, but no real bottlenecks or stopage.
Gary Lloyd & Dave Livingston, I don't know what's happening in your directions.
Chuck's group, Just stay off I-255 going into St. Louis on the South side, it's a hell of a mess on the Missouri side, I mean BAD. If you want to drive past the St. Louis Arch catch I-70 on the Illinois side. An option, and a little further, is to cross the river on I-270 up on the North side of the City. The only time traffic is very bad on I-70 West out of the downtown area is evening rush hour which starts about 4:00 PM, but there's always some on it.

Hey thanks John!!! Anybody call me anytime on Monday or later @ (250) 883-6042!! Actually, I would appreciate a call or 2!!! If I don't answer, don't leave a message, just call back!!! I am a little nervous, but I'm sure that I will be OK!!!!
John, what about 70 and 270???? The Michigan connection will be coming in that way...maybe.
They are OK in close to the City. The construction on I-70 is about 40 miles East of town. Your best shot is I-270, it is your shortest route, and will take you directly to the show/hotel destination at exit 17. The show is on the West side of the road and as best I can tell all the hotels are on the East side, but the signs at the exit should have all the information you need.
JD , been the route thru Nashville several times . I am planning on going thru Memphis and hit I 55 straight up to St. Louis. I hope the road has been reworked by now . The last time I traveled this road it was like a washboard without the soap and water the closer I got to St. Louis.
