I must have hit the wrong set of keys and now both my Google tool bar AND my IE bar have disappeared. I can get some of the Google bar to drop down if I move the courser to the very tpp edge of the screen but it rolls back up after a few moments if I move the courser off of it. Before the screw up I did have the usual bar across the top AND the enhanced bar just below that, and of course the IE bar when that app was in session. I alread miss my spell checker. :-(
It is an Intel machine with XP-Home and the IE is what ever the latest model might be.
Going back up to the shop now and will hope that someone takes pitty on this old geezer and sends me some hep.
Jack

Sounds like you may have accidentally gone to full screen mode. Click on F11 and see if that fixes it...
