Except on the baseball diamond... - I guess I'm supposed to be a Sox fan, with Greenville having a Sox farm team these days and all, but I just couldn't swing that way after the local playmakers let the Braves get away from us... MLB wouldn't let Greenville name it's team the "Joes" in honor of "Shoeless" Joe Jackson, so what did the name it? The Geenville Drive! Anyone ever hear such a ridiculous name for a minor league ball club? I must say I haven't...
