One mans junk another mans treasure. I would have to say by the looks of it he did not make a big effort in preserving what he had. For sure for the person looking for parts he certainly has value there.
I am going to this tag sale today. Check out "Last Call" post from yesterday.
I dunno. Wish that was my backyard. Reminds me of wandering through my granddad's tool shed on the farm years ago - except this stuff is really really cool.
Lots of stuff available. Most of the tools were being scarfed up quickly, but very little movement on the British cars. There were 2 A's, the white one was saveable, the red was barely a parts car ($3500/pr), a white CB B that was in decent shape ($3500) 2 midgets--major POS's. Then there was a tan GT (in the pics from CL) was remarkably in pretty good shape. Solid floors, rockers and fenders. The interior was shot, but not a biggie...and the piece d'resistance .... an OD tranny underneath! He had a price of $3500 for the pair (blue parts GT as well) I offerered $1000, we'll see!!
Wow I wish I wasn't at work the whole day. How much/what kind of shape for the BSA?
