Do I have to pull the whole dash in order to reconnect the driver's side defrost vent? I'm hoping maybe pulling the console/radio housing might be enough but I cannot even see where the tube connects through the tangle of wires and whatnot under there. I did manage to connect the passenger side as well as get the dash switch adjusted so that it actually works. Should have added that it is a '76 Midget, sorry.

I would say maybe just pull the speedometer or tach should do it. Do you just have to put hose on or did the metal vent come unbolted?

when doing mine I happened to have the seat out and laid down on the floor board. I just pulled the wires aside and pushed

I just have to attach the hose, maybe I'll give it another shot today.
