Plastic polish should do it but if its real bad it may take a lot of cleaning inside and outside of the windows.
I'll break it to David...:(
That isn't fixable through normal human effort. Replace the top or have a top shop cut the window out and replace it with new stuff.

Damn. Well at least that's all of it, it doesn't get in the way of my vision. If I get $300 out of no where, that's what ill get maybe.
Save a dollar a day, you will have it before you know it.good Christmas present to one self
Live with it.
Eventually you can do the top concentrate on brakes body suspension tranny lighting and instrumentation first

Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on how you look at it, the only things it needs is paint and seats, everythig else just has to be put on but has to wait for paint.
David the plastic's like 3rd degree sunburnt and it goes all the way thru. Don't kill your arms over it; you've put out so much effort it makes me tired settin here 3000 miles away LOL
Dude, you live in sunny California. Is the top going to be up that much???????
B-)
It can be improved with plastic polish and plenty of elbow grease - BUT - it will keep coming back, and you'll get through a lot of 'costly' polish.. :(
The only permanent cure is either to have the panes replaced, or a new hood.. (tu)
Call the local civil aviation airport and ask if they have a shop that sells supplies. There is a kit you can get for polishing the bubble on a helicopter that works. It's 1600 and 200 grit paper and a liquid polish. Or, if the top is good, you can have new windows sewn in. I met an upholstery guy in Novato yesterday that has been doing cars like ours for 30+ years. And if all else fails, an EZ-On top for a B is about $225. Call and I'll help - I'm 20 miles away. Easiest way to fix it. Put the top down and leave it down. No problem.
