Anybody use Eastwood Paint on their Bee's Exterior. If so how is it to use and how is it holding up.

I use their other coatings, chassis black and so forth. Very nice paint, professional quality. Good bye rustoleum
Not Eastwood, but Ron Lee used Summit paint on his v6 project. Quite a few posts on it in the v8/v6 board. Here's a link to one: http://www.mgexperience.net/phorum/read.php?40,1207914,1207914#msg-1207914
Might be a pretty similar product.
I also have used the chasis black and detail silver with excellent results. Good quality, goes on nicely and holds up well.
mike.
Bill Hirsh is the longest running brand of chassis paint and stuff like that.

I'm thinking of going with their Tunnel Ram Gray. It is at a good price on Ebay too.
I've used their Rust Encapsulator to good effect. Can paint over just about anything but standing oil with the stuff. Oh, and don't get it on your its a b^%$h to get off.
I used the Eastwood Wheel Silver and Eastwood ClearCoat on the wires....
I have experience the following products from Eastwood's, and have developed the following opinions:
Eastwood's 650 Degree Fahrenheit Ceramic Engine Paint - FANTASTIC!!!! Indestructible...... You can drag a spanner across the surface (HARD!) and it doesn't leave a scratch! You can drop a part painted with it, and it doesn't chip.... You can paint over lightly rusted metal and the rust doesn't eat through (At least, not yet.....)..... It's great! Highly recommend ANY Eastwood's ceramic paints! The engine paint's gloss is even VERY close to OEM....
Eastwood's under-hood black - More matt than OEM, and it chips VERY easily! Otherwise it goes on smooth, and doesn't run; nice to use, but not durable....
Eastwood's detail Silver - Chips easily, just like Under-Hood Black.....
Eastwood's Silver-Cad - AWESOME colour! Mimics silver-cad very effectively, but still the durability issues.....
Eastwood's Rust Converter - Nice product, actually converts rust, and doesn't have any kind of build-up...... Left unpainted the effect only lasts about a week, but once sealed it keeps rust at bay.....
Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator - It keeps rust down, but the finish is SOFT; and chips VERY easily..... Don't use this as a primer if the part is going to experience any kind of wear either in installation or action....
Eastwood's Pre-Paint Prep - Fantastic! It cleans of any kind of surface contamination; JUST as strong as carb cleaner, but unlike carb cleaner you can paint on top of it with no worries..... Does double duty at our house as 'Cootie Spray'..... Also an effective wasp killer....... Actually, I don't know what it CAN'T do!
Eastwood's 1200 Fahrenheit Manifold paint - Works on cast iron, doesn't on steel..... Can't vouch for the durability; but like the Under-Hood black; it's very matte......
Eastwood's Metal Wash - Removes grease and oil from bare metal parts, and keeps them from corroding for a couple of days.... Work well when you're cleaning up a bunch of hardware......
Eastwood's Extreme Chassis Black - I haven't used it personally, but my Uncle has on the chassis / suspension components of one of his Corvettes...... He's redone EVERYTHING he's ever restored on the car at least five times over the years; but the Extreme chassis black has been the only thing so durable that he hasn't been motivated to change it when something new comes along.... Knowing how OCD my Uncle is, that's as good a recommend as it can get!
Hope This helps.... Overall, Eastwood's makes a good product; and I would buy again from them in the future, especially any of their ceramic products  ! They're supposed to have good primers/fillers (According to my Uncle)...... Hope this helps!
Yours Truly,
Sam
