Hey,
I have a 77 MGB, and I think I have a distributor problem or something, I hot wired the starter and coil, and I still I dont get any spark, and the spark out of the coil when grounded is inconsistent and very very weak, I've replaced the starter, alternator, all fuel lines, fuel tank, rebuilt the carburator, the distributor has new points, condenser, rotor, power lead, new cap, wires and spark plugs, Im wondering if my distributor could be shot, or could my coil be a problem even though I tested it and it seems to perfectly fine. Thank you for your attention.

I'll bet you grounded the points in the distributor. Where the point spring is bolted down with the two electical leads, there is two plastic bushings that keep the points from grounding out, most people don't get the bushings installed properly and have problems with there being no spark.
In addition to Thomas' excellent advice...
Check to make sure the points/condensor wire connector is installed properly. If you slip the connector in with wire crimps facing inboard (toward points) they can make contact with point plate and ground out. Drove me up the wall for about an hour one Sunday.
I thought you said you where getting a spark at the coil wire. If that is the case you don't have the points grounded out. You very well may have a weak coil. You said you had tested it. How did you do that. I don't know of a way to test the out put of a coil. I think you might just need a coil. It sounds like you have done everything else. One thing though, make sure the condensor is good and tight on the distributor points plate. A loose one can cause all kind of weird problems. It needs to be as tight as you can get it with a screwdriver. You asked about the distributor being worn out. It would not cause a weak spark. About the only thing in the distributor that will cause a problem is a worn shaft bushing or broken advance springs. Neather of which will keep your car from starting. They cause high rev problems. You have replaced everything else, get a coil.
One other thing...
If you replaced the condenser during your tune up, and the problem appeared, you may have a bad condenser ( I've seen more than one).
The condenser in conjunction with the coil makes that nice big blue spark you're looking for, and if bad, the spark will be weak and sporatic. Before you go buying a new coil, a nother $1.50 condenser would be worth considering.
