So after weeks of cleaning connections and looking for fried wires, I have finally solved my electrical gremlins. It wasn't easy bit when you have friends who can help you without even consulting the appropriate wire diagram, it makes life so much easier. I never had soldered or used a multimeter or even a test light before this adventure but I think I am finally starting to understand how the electrical system in my '80 works. I had the dash off, center console off, fuse box off etc.....My connections and harness are now clean. ;)

Life is good and we have some great driving weather in Phoenix now. I took off for a nice hour spin last night and it was one of the best drives I can remember in years.....There is just something special about driving after finally solving a nagging problem.

This website is great but it is the MG Fraternity that really is the kicker!

Thanks,
Marc
