I finally found the "snake oil" additive that's guarnteed to make cars pass emission tests. Its CRC P/N 05063, available at any auto parts store that sells CRC Products. If they don't have it on hand, but sell CRC,they can get it.

Some of us don't need it, antique tags. Just thing in 1 1/2 years all MGB will be antiques.

I was thinking about the left coast guys, but maybe they get a break on age too if the tree huggers don't keep their panties in a wad forever.

Unfortunately, here in CA any car less than 30 years old has to pass emissions test every other year.
Anayway, I read the label on this magic elixir and it appears that it is nothing more than one of those gas additives that claim to clean a fuel injection system.
