I've got a 77 parts car which has the front sway bar. I've got a 75 which has no sway bar, and I've read where that, along with lowering, is a needed improvement for handling.
The 75 does not have the A arms that are built for the sway bar, so I could rip them out of the parts car. Those parts are pretty rusty (not flaking).
Door 1
Pull all the parts from the parts car, take them to a sandblaster to get cleaned up, and install with new bushings and lowered springs.
Door 2
Pull the sway bar and brackets, say heck with pulling apart the front suspension on the parts car, order new A arms, and install withnew bushings and lowered springs.
Door 3
Pull sway bar and brackets, order Negative camber A arms, and install with new bushings and lowered springs?
I need help from the audience

I guess it just depends on the level of work you want to do the a arms from the parts car are probably just fine as they are. But if you want a new look then buy them from Moss. So I guess I would select door 1 because you do have a parts car for that reason.
I'd go with Door 2. New A-arms are $15 a piece. How much will it cost to have everything sand blasted? Not to mention the labor in getting them off, and you're also assuming the holes haven't elongated.
Are you racing? If not, the negative camber won't help much. Save your money for the lowered springs.
If it were me, I'd pull the swaybar from the parts car (and the rear one, too), I'd buy new A-arms (too cheap to fool with used, which may not be good anyway) and I would NOT buy lowering springs. You may decide it's fine without them (front and rear bars make that much difference on an RB), and if you do want to go lower, there's other, much better, ways of doing it.
