I just talked to Gary and he is back up and running . He said he was on the freeway but the connection was so bad I didn't find out where he was located.

See msg below. He's now east of Boise, Idaho, trying to get to Denver tonight ...

Kim: Boise to Denver is 900 miles! Rawlins or Laramie will be a stretch.

I was just going to say he's got at least 14 hours staring him in the face to make that run. Better to hole up in Laramie or Cheyenne.

You know I want to be there more than most anything,,,but,,things got in the way...my sister is in hospital right now....went through a 9 hour surgery today ...doing well but awaiting the return of the test...guess you can guess the problem... just couldn't get it together to make the trip with this going on.... Say a little Amen for her if ya'll could..... Otherwise,, if things work out,, there's always air planes,, right.....?

Good luck with that, Blake, and our thoughts and prayers are with you. Chas's oldest sister just got diagnosed with lung cancer (inoperable), plus they found an aneuryism, so it's not looking good. He'll be going to spend some time with her when we get back East, so this trip is our last bit of happiness for a while, I'm afraid ...

Good luck to you both. Our thoughts are with you.
