That's great! But no wonder all the sills are rusted now. They drove them on the beach!
Forget the California car, go for the beach-less Arizona car. That same commercial with a new updated MGB could still sell cars in this country. Too bad we can't get new MG's.
My GT must have been a 'beach car' in its earlier days. I have had to clean sand out of the heater, engine compartment rear deck area etc. It spent its early life in S. Carolina.
I find it funny that they showed some Chrome Bumpers and some Rubber bumpers.
Funny how all of the decent shots of cars driving are MG's....! You never catch a clear shot of the Tri*mph driving (thanks God!)...

The chrome bumpers are the Spit's with Sabrina's hanging on them! There's a red/orange and a yellow Spit with the Chrome/Sabrina's in this add. All the B's (red, BRG, blue) are RB models. Too cool!!
