Not exactly a new product but one that is really handy.

I was in Ace Hardware a couple days ago and saw this pump in the automotive section.

It is for oil or gear lube and screws on a quart oil bottle. Called Plews LubriMatic #55-001 Cost was $7.00

I have a similar item I picked up at O'Reilly Auto Parts, makes filling the diff and trans soooooo easy. Well worth the few bucks extra when I bought the lube.

That's great. I wish I would have found that last year. I tried to fill a diff with a bulb pump and it was worthless.

Got a couple of those. Used to come free with one brand of gear oil I was using. Betcha your auto-supply place has some in the shop somewhere!

Mine has smaller diameter tubing so it is fun pumping gear oil. Also, the pickup tube got in the habit of falling off (Hay, I've had the buggers for nearly 20 years!) so I had to fiddle that a bit.

good to know to look at the hardware store!

Picked one up a while back at O'Reilly Auto Parts when I bought gear oil. Works great. Also, reverse the hoses and can be used to siphon out too.
