what does atf taste like? whatever is in the dashpot on the new car is red and I wonder what it is

most atf's are red

hmm, probbaly fruity, has a good bouquet, tart, yet refreshing, with a subtle hintof non-friction additive....


i did try to resist

ATF just tasts like oil. About the only other red oil that might be in there is Marvel Mystery oil. The smell of it has a hint of sweetness, kinda like a scented candle. No other oil has that smell.
