MGB: horn not working

The drivers side horn is not working. Power is good, as is ground. Could it just be frozen up? Any way to adjust or bench test it? Thanks. Bob

There are tiny hex nuts on the top of the horn. THEY ARE REVERSE THREADED!! With an assistant pressing the horn button, try slowly adjusting the hex nut. BE CAREFULL! Go in very small (16th of a turn) increments.

WD40 worked for mine.

I had that problem and a good cleaning of the connections worked for me...
