...I won 1st at the ABFM here in Portland!! If it weren't for the MG Academy; namely...Mr. Daniel Wood, Mr. Chris Roop, Mr. Lou Allocco, Mr. David Walsh, Mr. Mike Layman and others, I wouldn't have taken the win! Yeah, Rock On...I'm still Pumped!!! Big time!

I have to also credit Mike Layman - as it was his first show and he took second with his very very nice GT - way to go Mike. Heck, I was in the show for years before I was even noticed, much less got a placing!

** Lou - your car rocks and Dan and Chris - you guys ooze with MG Bits of over-the-top knowledge that I am just now beginning to grasp...it's crazy man, crazy! Dave Walsh - you have the best alternator this side of the Mississippi!

And to heck with those pathetic weather forecasters in this town...they had the forecast so wrong, dead wrong during the holiday weekend. I believe they're paid commission if, that's if they forecast rain, (justifying their jobs), if not - how can they justify it if it's sunny out! (Which it was by the way). The weather was Perfect!

My car's now in repose as it were - fresh from her win! So sweat - all the work, all the gearbox cross member bolts - totally worth it!
