I was looking through the "other makes" on eBay cause I like seeing the really weird looking kit cars that turn up here when I found this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1934-GATSBY-ROADSTER-WILD-EXOTIC-MILLION-DOLLOR-LOOKS_W0QQitemZ220116285207QQihZ012QQcategoryZ6472QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Correct me if I'm wrong but there's a good bit of MGB in the body of that land yacht.

On a 1-10 ugly, I give it a solid 10.

It's MGB from the firewall back.

Also looks like major fake bidding.

Someone should report this to eBay.

What makes you say that? Some people love crap like this......I was expecting it to be up to $75K+ after that comment.

I mean, really, what else can you buy for $10k (current bid) that would get as many looks? For someone with a few bucks, that's whole lotta car to go posing down on Main Street for not a lot of money. Now, car guys like us would just laugh, but to some people, that's cheap 'Flash' at its best.

Looks like someone welded an MG body to a trailer.

Someone's not very smart or is making stuff up. This could not be a 350 Chevy and a 5.0 liter.

Pretty minor oversight if you ask me.....I've seen much worse in e-bay ads.

It's most likely a 5 liter SBC, and A LOT of people refer to all SBCs as '350s' simply because they are the most prolific......they're kinda like 'Kleenex' or 'Xerox'.

Yuuuuuck to the Gatsby.

The Clen-nay is better. :-)

The way the owner writes makes me think he's one of the Beverly Hillbillies.

Yep, they sure were advanced in 1934 weren't they?

According to the info provided the production reached a peak in the 1980's so does that mean there is more than one of these things out there soemwhere?

Scary thought.

Cheers , Pete.

Oh, yes, there are more than one of them. Fortunately, they're very rare.

How does he not indicate it's a replica or a kit, but sells it as a 1934 car?
