Buy another one! Do like I did and find one that someone has put lots of money and work into. After several months and lots of dollars there seem to be a few people ready to part with a 90 percent restoration b for a fraction of what they've put into it.

If Kentucky has emissions inspections I'm not aware of it. We really don't have much in the way of inspections at all expect for an odometer check which is a joke.
