Looks like some of that is coming from The British Heritage Muesaum. MGs are being sole to make room for Triumphs to be added. Some of them are priceless pieces of our history. Another slap in the face from Triumph backers. I'm still mad about the TR7/MGB deal

Some very interesting cars there. I like the V8 GT and well as several of the Land Rovers. I especially like the Swiss Army 100". I'm not sure what one would do with a sectioned car?

Some of those estimated prices seem really low (even if they are in pounds instead of dollars) - especially on the really old (20s thru early 50s) cars.

As for the sectioned cars....think of all the really nice NOS parts you could strip off one of those.....and I've seen worse cars than that restored!!!!

Gerry....I received an invitation to attend the British Heritage auction....nothing is being sold that's not duplicated elsewhere in the collection...I was interested in the cut-away Midget, would be neat to own...apparently they have 2!

Tony, how can you duplicate the last V8BGT off the assembly line? I'd love to see the collection or at least parts of the collection that was duplicated move here to the US where it could be enjoyed bu the loyal MG fans instead of being broken up into a source of NOS parts! Guess I will always be a cynic;o)

Maybe one could track down the pieces of the panels that were sectioned !!!!

Naw maybe not ..................................

Of course, it is a post war MG and Tony does not have a Midget that has been sectioned for his collection..............

Tony, is that 2 separately-sectioned Midgets or a left side and a right side?! That would actually make a really neat display piece.
