Gerry, I think the precedent has been established with a case a few years ago and the rancher lost his ranch because he could pay the amount the court found in damages to the illegals.

His ranch is so big I am sure he could pay but he could easily lose this case.

They are going to paint him as racist. They apparently have some witnesses who will say he is anti Hispanic by what he has said publically.

Very interesting, Gerry. Spent some time last fall at my cousins ranch a few miles from the border. She and her daughter are single ladies with adjoining properties. Both are well armed and six dogs help out. Fence riding spanish speaking foreman on large adjoining ranch runs into ilegals frequently. Tells 'em a couple of muy loco women live nearby an recommends they don't stop. She says the straight up folks will stop beyond her gate and see if she chooses to recognize them. She may offer water and a little food for kids. My cousin says the ones who create problems are the drug runners. They are the ones who break in and mess with vehicles. This pic is actually on a forestry road bordering her property.

This is what is to be expected and we dont secure our borders and employee illegals ---A recent local story. A jamacian women whose husband was killed in the Staten Island ferry crash is being deported because she was only in the country one year when he died not the two years required. It is sad that her husband was killed as aresult of neglegence and because of that she has to leave the country all the while others enter illegally

Last nite there was a segment on the TV about how bad Phoenix has gotten as far as kidnapping and murders are concerned...and its all illegal Mexicans...I know I'm not being PC but oh well..anyhow, the police dept. there is working massive overtime...swat teams running all over the place and about to break the budget keeping these thugs at bay...and losing. These punks target other illegals, most are dealing drugs, snatch and torture them till someone pays up and if not they smoke them. I think this will only get worse, and if the damned ACLU and other bleeding hearts would stay out of it, our cops could round this scum up and deport them. FENCES>>>FENCES...and National Gaurd augmenting the Border Patrol...

The Sheriff of Maricopa County is making a great deal of news because he has his deputies check for immigration and puts them in his jail wearing a pink uniform and calls ICE. He is being hounded as a racist for ethnic profiling.
