The problem with clicking on links you provide my dear wyatt is that I'm not sure what I'm going to pick up from your PC and whether everything on my desktop will go sideways, turn purple and billow out clouds of smoke.8-):D

Back in the day, it was customary for dating couples to have their 'song'. The 'Summer Place' was the gal I married and mine. Sure brings back memories of youth when skin was smooth and hair of good color, the drive ins and not remembering what the movie was...who cared? Quick Batman, to the time machine.

Hanging out in Beaverton, Oregon. Temp in the 60s. Actually got darn near sun burnt yesterday on run to the Oregon coast.

It was very bright and sunny here today. Those tunes reminded me of the music my mother would play while working in the kitchen. Every time she looked my way she'd be wreathed in smiles. I can still see the sunshine streaming through the kitchen windows and almost blinding me as it glanced off the chrome set and highly polished checker-board tiled floor. Like today, it was colder'n heck outside but the kitchen was a warm and cosy place for a toddler to play.
She's been gone for eight years now.

Thanks for that Wyatt. It made me feel good.

Phil, I love the avatar. "Father Ted" was one of my favourite shows, and the old retired priest my role model.

Beautiful bright sunny day here in Upstate NY.
Not a cloud in the sky and the temperature in the mid 40'S.
So far this year winter has sort of passed us by.
Normally we would have had "tons" of snow but this year
not very much at all. My driveway plower has only been
here twice so far this winter(?)and as a result is making
money. I pay by the season) last year he took a real licking
because he was here sometimes twice a day.
