Please peruse the following photos and please tell me if I have anything wrong, despite; there is yet no choke cable as there is no dash, and I need to get some of those "hair pins" for the cable stays.
Thank you, at this point this is my last BRit....

Actually one thing that I always do is to make sure that the small nuts on the accel linkage end pieces are facing upward instead of down. It makes it easier to sync the carbs, not that you cant tighten the bolt head and have the nut caged but I prefer the other way. I always put the bolt in so that the head is captures in the rotating linkage end and the nut and washer are on the flat other side. But thats just what I do.
...the depression I had to create to get the hardware its necessary clearance to rotate, since the spacers are only at 7/8ths of an inch thick:
And the current problem to view:
My piece of shit Jag Graveyard cable, where it WAS installed in , through, and under the cone piece, but then when I exercised the throttle cable by foot the damn end-ferrule came right off. So, I got it back on, but then fed the jacket in from the top. Looks like crap! But the jacket no longer slides around with the foot action.
Pisses me off...
Landon
Are there supposed to be 3 springs for the throttle return???
Landon
I always ran 2 on the accel linkage and 1 on the choke, on the eared washer that goes on the cable guide.
OK I looked. Carb set-up looks ok but why is it so close to engine and why is that cable running in from somewhere on top of intake manifold?
IN your choice of subjects maybe you should have said HEY ZEUS instead?
Some of my pics, my GT that I haven't had to work on in years.

Yeah. Thanks for shutting down MAE-EAST with those!
Forgive me if I am repeating myself her, cause I may have replied in a precious posting and you do not mention the proble.
Real nice looking work. I long ago gave up on the original cables as not being up to the job. So, unless you are hooked on concourse, call the good people at Lockar.

Actually, Jesus is a member of this forum. He posts quite often.
Landon.. I am still confused as to what you are looking for. Is it a problem where it comes into the engine bay, where it is hooked to the gas peddle or at the actual linkage that is the problem?
Paul
Aw Paul thanks, but don't waste your time. I'm sorry to bother anyone with this after all.
L.
Thats right, if we are talking abou the one that the cable seats into, that has a flange that bolts to the bulkhead. I had to turn an adapter to fit a CB cable into my RB cone, else it would fall right through.
Doesn't anyone live near Landon?
Surely there must be someone on this board who can give the guy some in person help. He has put so much time and work into this project.
