what is funny is that I've got 3 of those little "plinths" (need a 4th), but no one with a RWA Midget has ever admitted to having seen one!
I always ask when someone is parting out a '72 ~ '74 to see if I can get one, but the answer is the same, "nope, nothing there". Darn.

I pulled the bumpers last night and .... nope, nothing there. Just mounted right to the body. Sorry man.
Norm, The part number for that plinth/gasket is CHA209, fwiw.
I couldn't find any, but that's the number.
