I have a peculiar question. When my father had someone do my interior kit for me, they decided not to worry with putting sensors back in the seats for the seat belt light in my console. I just disconnected the bulb. No worries. Here's my real inquiry. What's something I could put in place of the seat belt indicator? I've seen the other similar lights on late dashes, but they seem like lights that I already have: hazard, high beams, brake, and ignition. Do any other indicator inserts like these exist, maybe on other vintage cars? Otherwise, I'm thinking of just putting in another gauge there, like a voltmeter, which would be nice anyway.

If you have an overdrive, you could put a light there to tell you it's engaged. Some have done that.
If you had fog lights, you could put an indicator light in place of the seat belt indicator telling you that the fog lights were on.
Well, unfortunately it seems that whoever had the roadster before me removed the overdrive. Trust me. I wish I could just slap an OD transmission in there tomorrow.

Well I plan on putting in a light above that for fog lamps, where the other two indicator spaces are. One will be for hazard, I suppose, and the other for fog lamps. Of course, I could put in a "hazard" switch where the belt switch is, and use the other empty space for something else. Hmm... Let's keep brainstorming.
I'm putting an additional light in to tell me that my headlights are on.
An ejection seat toggle switch for that passenger that won't shut up when you are trying to listen to the beautiful music of the motor...

Not a bad idea! Once again, let's continue brainstorming...
